1. The service

Resume Maker lets you build resumes with templates, save your content, preview layouts, and download PDFs. Features may change as we improve the product. Some capabilities may be limited before public store launch.

2. Eligibility & accounts

• You must be able to form a binding agreement under applicable law.
• You are responsible for the accuracy of information you provide and for keeping your device/account access secure.
• OTP sign-in is for your own use; do not share verification codes with others.

3. Your content

You retain ownership of the resume and profile content you create. You grant us a limited license to host, process, and display that content solely to provide Resume Maker features (for example saving drafts, generating previews, and exporting PDFs).

You confirm that you have the right to use any text, photos, or other materials you upload, and that your content does not violate law or third-party rights.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Misuse the service, attempt unauthorized access, or disrupt our systems.
• Use the service for unlawful, harmful, or deceptive purposes.
• Upload malware or content that infringes others’ rights.
• Scrape, reverse engineer, or abuse rate limits beyond normal use, except where allowed by law.

5. Our intellectual property

The Resume Maker name, branding, app design, templates, and software are owned by us or our licensors. You may not copy, modify, or redistribute our templates or software except as allowed through normal app use.

6. Downloads & results

Resume templates and PDF exports are provided to help your job search. You are responsible for reviewing content before submitting applications. We do not guarantee employment outcomes or that a particular template will meet every employer’s requirements.

7. Third-party services

The service may rely on third parties (for example SMS providers, hosting, or app stores). Their terms and privacy practices apply to their services. We are not responsible for third-party websites or apps you open from our links.

8. Disclaimer

The service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant uninterrupted or error-free operation.

9. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Resume Maker and its operators will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, data, or opportunity arising from your use of the service. Our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid us for the service in the 12 months before the claim (or zero if the service was free).

10. Suspension & termination

We may suspend or end access if you violate these Terms or if we need to protect the service or other users. You may stop using the service at any time and request account deletion as described in our Privacy Policy.

11. Changes to the Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date will change when we post a new version. Continued use after updates means you accept the revised Terms.

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable in the jurisdiction where the service operator is established, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, unless mandatory consumer protections in your country require otherwise.
